We are looking for a new IT Operations Specialist, so if you are dedicated and like to work in a collaborative environment where we make progress together—both when it comes to our product and our growth as individuals—this is something for you! What you will do - Collaborate closely with teams across the organization, including Development, Sales, Support, and HR. - Manage and maintain Oneflow’s growing portfolio of IT assets, hardware, software, licenses, user accounts, networking infrastructure, and other tools and systems essential to daily operations. E.g., Slack, Google Workspace, etc. - Own and manage procurement processes for IT equipment, software, and related services. - Organize, optimize, and continuously improve asset management processes, vendor contracts, office Wi-Fi, and internal systems. - Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and streamline IT operations and workflows. - Enable and support employees in a fast-paced environment. - Support employee lifecycle processes by coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities in collaboration with managers and HR. - Ensure employees have the tools, systems, and support needed to work effectively both remotely and on-site. Skills and requirements - You have a minimum of 3 years of experience directly managing IT assets, networks, systems, and licenses. - You value attention to detail and process discipline. - You have knowledge of policy, process, and procedure development and implementation. - You are knowledgeable and experienced with MDMs (e.g., Mosyle), Apple products, and macOS. - You have experience working with Google products, specifically Google Workspace. - You’re well versed in budgeting, forecasting, and depreciation processes. - You thrive in renegotiating existing deals with providers to get the best support and prices possible. - You love solving mysteries and tracking down unknown assets and battling shadow IT.
