We are looking for an Application Specialist in the group-level application support team in Tampere, Sarankulma. The role is to support corporate-level systems, contribute to development and deployment of the ERP/operational planning system, train users, coordinate testing of new system versions, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Developing and configuring the ERP/operational planning system (primary responsibility)
- Deployment and maintenance of the ERP system
- Business-driven development and other development projects

Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in maintaining and developing ERP systems (preferably including IFS)
- Formal education in a relevant field (e.g., Master’s degree in information systems or related)
- Fluency in Finnish and English (written and spoken) with strong IT skills
- Good facilitator with the ability to lead workshops and coordinate cross-functional collaboration
