Construction Foreman

We are seeking a Construction Foreman for VV-Kuivaus in Tampere. The role is to lead and coordinate the repair/construction team, ensure work is completed to a high standard, and support colleagues. The foreman works independently with clear responsibility, but is not alone – the team and supervision provide support. The role emphasizes respectful collaboration, customer care, and delivering reliable results with the team. The position includes full-time fixed schedule, comprehensive benefits, and a monthly gross salary of 3500–4000 EUR depending on experience. You will need good social skills to handle diverse customer situations, and to mentor other players in the team to achieve common goals.
