About the role

Responsibilities - Identify and research target accounts in the HRTech and mid-market space. - Reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, calls, and events to generate qualified opportunities. - Consistently create and manage a healthy pipeline of prospects to support revenue growth targets. - Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and assess fit for Remote People’ EOR and payroll solutions. - Partner with Account Executives to hand over high-quality leads and ensure smooth pipeline progression. - Identify new market trends, customer pain points, and competitor activity. Requirements - 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or outbound prospecting (HRTech, payroll, or EOR experience a plus). - Proven success in outbound lead generation, booking meetings and building pipeline. - Strong communication skills: able to craft compelling outreach and engage decision-makers. - Highly organized, resilient, and goal-driven, with the ability to manage a large volume of outreach. - Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools (Outreach, SalesLoft, etc.). - Ambitious self-starter who wants to grow into a closing role over time. - Fluency in English What it's like working at Remote People Our service & product.
