Platform Architect

Our technology environment is much more than just individual systems or isolated automations. Deep technical expertise combined with industry understanding allows us to see the bigger picture beyond traditional system integrators. It is important for us to understand how the client's business truly operates, what technical layers form their environment, and how technology can best support it. If you have worked longer in D365 F&O environments, you have likely noticed recurring technical solutions and needs across projects. We actively transfer these learnings between projects, and this role aims to take it further. The goal is to identify, productize, and develop more comprehensive, high-quality, and widely utilized solutions from these recurring needs. We are looking for an experienced expert who can independently deliver technical value to clients while strengthening Fellowmind's technical team capabilities. You will work with a broad Microsoft platform ecosystem, ensuring different technologies form a functional and practical whole within our delivery models. This role involves practical work, not just design; you will build, test, and fix solutions yourself. You will be closely involved in customer projects, building solutions with project teams, and continuously identifying technical needs to develop broader models, templates, documentation, and practices that can be reused across projects. Modernizing work with AI is also part of this role, including structuring technical work, drafting code and scripts, analyzing errors, planning testing, and producing documentation, all with responsible AI use. Success in this role requires a practical, responsible, and communicative approach, with the ability to navigate between D365 F&O, Power Platform, Dataverse, integrations, and Azure.
