Test Engineer

Upheat Solutions Oy is a Tampere-based technology startup developing advanced high-temperature heat pump technology to harness waste heat from industry. We are looking for a Test Engineer who will be a core part of product development, working hands-on from day one. Your responsibilities will include designing measurement setups and test environments, implementing and calibrating test systems, drafting test plans and documenting work, analyzing test data and reporting results, and developing automated data collection and control systems. You will help evolve testing processes to support future production scale and help craft a new role within the team. Requirements include several years of testing or measurement experience, understanding of electrical drives (inverters, motors), experience with measurement instruments (e.g., power analyzers, oscilloscopes), process measurements (pressure, temperature, flow), data analysis skills, and a proactive, self-directed work style. Finnish and English fluency is required; enthusiasm for building smarter systems is a plus.
