As a practical nurse, you assess residents’ strengths, identify their support needs, and plan, deliver and evaluate their functional ability and care together with them. The work is in three shifts, and the start date can be agreed with you. A vocational qualification in social and health care as a practical nurse Vaccination protection as referred to in section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act, to protect clients and patients throughout the employment A hygiene passport or willingness to obtain one within three months of starting employment Fluent Finnish A criminal record extract for employment lasting more than three months when working with minors, older people or people with disabilities A social and health care professional certificate card Practical nurses are warm-hearted team players who take initiative and are enthusiastic about new ideas.
