Jyväskylän Aluetaksi Oy is looking for customer advisors to strengthen its team in Vaasa! We are seeking service-oriented individuals with a positive attitude for versatile customer service tasks. As a customer advisor, you are an important link between customers and drivers and contribute to ensuring a smooth and high-quality customer experience. What does the work involve? - Customer service via phone, email, and chat - Receiving and registering orders in the system - Following up on orders - Ensuring that orders are carried out according to plan - Working in a pleasant team where help and support are always available - A professional and thorough introduction What do we expect from you? - Fluent skills in Finnish and Swedish (English skills are a merit) - A genuine desire to help customers - Good collaboration and service skills - A clear telephone voice and basic computer skills - An active, proactive, and independent way of working Previous experience in customer service or working in a call center environment is an advantage, but the most important thing is the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
