We are seeking a versatile Structural Designer to join our projects in Tampere or Kotka. The role involves steel and concrete structural design for a variety of industrial facilities and Prevas products. You will work on foundations for structures, machines, and equipment related to loading/unloading areas and various steel structures, in collaboration with Prevas’ experts. You will join a team of professionals and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including clients, and work in Finnish and, when needed, English. Some travel is expected, particularly during project execution. The candidate should have several years of experience in steel structural design for industry, with concrete structures not being completely neglected. Proficiency in Tekla Structures, AutoCad, and RFEM is ideal, but mastery of at least one 3D design tool is sufficient. A degree in civil/structural engineering is required (insinööri/tutkinto). Independent work style and good social skills are essential. We offer a permanent, full-time position with flexible working hours, remote work options, and offices in Tampere or Kotka.
