Construction Worker

RAKENNUSALAN TEKIJÖITÄ TAMPEREELLE RAKENNUSAPULAISIA JA RAKENNUSTYÖNTEKIJÖITÄ TAMPEREELLE – TÖITÄ LINJASANEERAUSTYÖMAILLA We are looking for multiple construction assistants and construction workers for pipe renovation work sites in Tampere and nearby municipalities. This is for a large construction company with multiple active sites in the region. The role offers a chance to participate in diverse renovation projects and, for skilled workers, to build a longer career across several sites. Tasks will be determined by your previous experience and skills. For construction helpers, duties may include safety tasks, assisting in dismantling, moving materials, site organization and tidiness, and other day-to-day site support tasks. For more experienced workers, there are opportunities for more independent renovation construction tasks in various phases of line-renovation. We are mainly looking for reliable people with a good attitude. Prior experience from construction sites and especially from pipe-renovation projects is advantageous, but the key is motivation to work and learn. For more experienced workers, we expect readiness to independently take on different renovation construction tasks. A valid occupational safety card is an advantage. We offer work at the sites of a large, stable construction operator in Tampere and surrounding municipalities. With several simultaneous and upcoming sites, a good worker may have opportunities to move from one site to another. Salary will be based on the task, prior experience and skills, at least in accordance with the building sector collective agreement. Work starts according to client sites’ needs, and workers can be hired already during the application period.
