CSC is seeking a Quality and Release Manager for the Digivisio 2030 project to develop new digital services. The role is permanent and based within the project office's Technical Solutions and Security team, part of the Digital Service Ecosystems (DIGIS) unit. The project utilizes the SAFe framework and agile methods, collaborating with external partners and HigherEd Hub Finland Oy (HEHF). Key responsibilities include developing and implementing quality system processes from service development to deployment and maintenance, planning and organizing overall testing, and leading the testing team's work and prioritization. The role also involves developing test automation, reporting to stakeholders, organizing external audits (usability, accessibility, security), and managing continuous delivery (DevOps) aspects, including planning and quality assurance of new releases. Strong collaboration with universities and HEHF is central to the role. Candidates should have a relevant university degree, proven experience in similar roles, and experience in multi-vendor environments. Technical and functional testing skills, strong knowledge of security and data protection, and a track record of delivering projects using agile methods are required. Familiarity with DevOps, JIRA, and test automation is expected, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in Finnish and English.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality system processes from service development to deployment and maintenance

- Lead the testing team, develop working methods, and manage the work queue and prioritization
- Develop test automation and report testing results to stakeholders
