Sales Assistants

We are now looking for cheerful and energetic sales assistants for our NORMAL store in Espoo Entresse. We offer permanent contracts of 5 hours per week. The work: As a sales assistant, you have an important role in the store and in creating a special shopping experience for customers. You will work towards goals with our exciting products, and it is important to us that we can always present customers with a well-maintained and clean store. Friendly and pleasant customer service, as well as ordinary routine tasks, are a natural part of everyday work. NORMAL stores are exciting places full of interesting products and customers. Your workday moves at a fast pace, and it is important that you enjoy a hectic, inspiring and humorous atmosphere. Your areas of responsibility: - Put customers first so that they always feel welcome and return. - Ensure a high standard in the store, with cleanliness and exciting displays at the centre. - Serve customers and replenish shelves. - Open and close the store. - Serve customers at the checkout. We expect you to: - Have experience in retail, busy working environments and checkout work. - Be interested in store operations, have a commercial mindset and always put the customer first. - Be an adult and work independently and efficiently. - Be able to serve customers in Finnish; English or Swedish skills are also appreciated. - Be hardworking and have an eye for detail, with a desire to create great displays. - Be a team player and help create a positive atmosphere. - Serve customers in Finnish at B1 level; we are pleased to hear about other language skills.
