Restaurant Shift Manager

KFC CONTINUES TO GROW! We are now looking for an experienced and motivated shift manager to lead shifts at the KFC Tripla restaurant. KFC Finland aims to expand its operations by opening as many as 20 new restaurants in the Helsinki metropolitan area, Turku and Tampere over the next three years. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead restaurant staff and coordinate daily shift operations. Grow sales in line with set targets. Ensure an excellent customer experience by motivating and inspiring the team. Ensure compliance with legislation and collective agreements. Train and develop staff in accordance with KFC standards, in cooperation with the restaurant manager and trainers. Develop the team and analyse performance reviews. Ensure compliance with KFC standards. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU At least one year of experience as a shift manager or in a comparable role where you were responsible for leading the restaurant's day-to-day shifts. Strong leadership and teamwork skills. A thorough understanding of customer service and hospitality principles. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work according to the restaurant's opening hours. Excellent Finnish and English skills. The ability to handle pressure and adapt quickly to changing situations. The base salary starts at 2,280 euros per month, with evening and Sunday shift supplements paid according to shifts worked.
