We are seeking skilled CNC machinists for Tampere's Sarankulma area. We want those who find a workshop environment natural and have a confident grip on CNC machining. The work is done on modern machine tools, allowing you to perform a variety of turning operations from small-series to single pieces. The role is currently two-shift, with readiness for triple shifts in the future. In this role, you thrive on problem solving, taking responsibility for your own work, and want to develop further in machining. Key attributes are attitude, meticulousness, and a commitment to doing the job right from start to finish. What does the work include? CNC turning for small-series and single pieces; operating on different machines (lathes, milling centers, grinding equipment, etc., depending on competence); creation of setups and programs and fine-tuning; ensuring quality with measuring instruments and professional know-how; development-oriented approach—small improvements to everyday life with a lean mindset. We expect from you: experience in CNC machining; proactive and solution-oriented attitude; ability to work as part of a team and take on different machines when needed; desire to develop your own skills and learn more; readiness for two shifts and interest in three shifts in the future.
