Job Description
A well-known online gaming business in Malta is hiring a Customer Support Team Leader for night shifts. The role involves leading, coaching, and developing a team of customer experience agents, monitoring service levels, response times, and customer satisfaction, managing workload distribution, acting as an escalation point, driving operational improvements, ensuring compliance, and supporting recruitment and onboarding. The ideal candidate has previous experience in customer service or operations in iGaming, strong management and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and fluency in English plus at least one of Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Norwegian, or Dutch. Requirements
- Previous experience leading customer service or customer operations teams in iGaming
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make independent decisions
- Experience in monitoring KPIs and driving operational performance
