What your work includes: • Responsibility for the nursing care of two group homes as part of a team of three nurses. • Ensuring residents have a good, meaningful and safe everyday life. • Monitoring and assessing residents’ health. • Implementing and developing medication care. • Planning, assessing and documenting residents’ care. • Cooperating with families, the doctor and other partners. • Guiding and supporting care staff in everyday situations. The position is full-time and fixed-term through 31 May 2027, with the possibility of continuing after the fixed term. Work is on weekday mornings, and the employment start date can be agreed with you. Attendo Marsalkanhovi is a home for 59 older people. What we require from you: • A nursing qualification. • Vaccination protection as referred to in section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act, to protect clients and patients throughout the employment relationship. • A hygiene passport or readiness to obtain one within three months of starting work. • Fluent Finnish. • A criminal record extract for employment lasting more than three months when working with minors, older people and people with disabilities. • A social and healthcare professional identity card. Employment terms and pay follow the private social services collective agreement. The salary range for the position is €2,811.09–€3,071.09 per month.
