Terveystalo is looking for a Junior HR Specialist who is enthusiastic about human resources tasks, operates smoothly in a fast-paced environment, and moves tasks forward quickly and proactively. What does the work of a Junior HR Specialist entail? As a Junior HR Specialist, you will get to know a wide range of HR tasks and develop your skills especially in matters related to the employment lifecycle. Key areas of your work are supporting supervisors in questions related to different stages of the employment relationship, using HR systems and interpreting several collective agreements. We work closely with an outsourced payroll service, so we value interest in payroll processes. Your work may include reporting, updating work instructions, organizing training and responding to information requests from authorities. Our team is also responsible for tasks related to company acquisitions in terms of HR systems and payroll, so in this position you will also get to know these processes. You will become part of the HR employment team, where seven HR Specialists work. We are of different ages and come from different backgrounds, but we are united by a good sense of humor and strong trust in teamwork. Our workdays are fast-paced and offer a balanced mix of routines and varied tasks. The position is full-time, fixed-term until 31.1.2027 as a family leave substitute, which is well suited, for example, as a traineeship for a student. After the fixed term, there is a possibility to continue as an on-call hourly worker if necessary. We hope that you can start work as soon as possible. We work in Kamppi, Helsinki. It is possible to handle the position flexibly also remotely for about half of the work week. The salary for the position is according to the VR4 salary class of the health services sector collective agreement 2786 €/month (from 1.9. 2847.85 €/month) as well as possible service year increments.
