About the role
Our Software Consulting business is experiencing strong growth, and we are currently looking for a proactive and visionary QA Lead to develop software testing and quality assurance capabilities for our customers.
Job Details
Responsibilities
- Lead the QA strategy across multi-team projects
- Coordinate testing activities and quality processes
- Create and execute test plans
- Identify critical functionalities to test and decide manual vs automated testing
- Hands-on end-to-end testing for security and performance
- Work directly with customers to identify needs and present solutions
- Promote best practices in testing and QA
- Possibility to travel to customer sites
- Collaborate with Special Forces team
Requirements
- 3-5 years of practical experience in software development, testing, and quality assurance
- Experience with Robot Framework and Playwright
- Git or similar version control
- DevOps environments (Jenkins, Azure, AWS) and CI-based test pipelines
- Understanding of testing methodologies
- End-to-end responsibility for project QA
- Ability to build and maintain test automation environments
- Understanding AI in software testing
- Ability to decide which tests to automate vs manual
- Consulting/customer-facing experience and project-based environments
- Fluent Finnish and English
