About Edurino: EDURINO combines digital learning worlds with tactile play figures and prepares children aged 3–8 for the future. We already generate revenue in the double-digit millions, operate in DACH and the UK, and have completed a €17 million Series B. Our next milestone: sustainable growth. We are a team of around 50 with high standards—ownership, speed, and AI in everyday work are standard for us, not a bonus. Your mission: Our shop team brings one campaign after another to the shop throughout the year, from seasonal deals to Christmas, for DACH and the UK. To make this happen quickly and reliably, we are looking for you to strengthen the team. You report to our Campaign Manager and work closely with our Shopify Manager, our Shopify agency, Marketing, and Design. The role is very hands-on, and you can gradually expand your influence. Take responsibility for everyday shop operations: You set up campaigns operationally in Shopify and keep product pages, content, and designs up to date. Write shop copy: With and without AI, you create and improve product descriptions, landing pages, and meta descriptions until they work for customers and search engines. Implement campaigns: You bring seasonal deals such as BFCM and Christmas campaigns to the DACH and UK shops. Analyse data: You support monitoring campaign traffic, conversion, and revenue, build and maintain simple reports, and proactively suggest improvements. Support the team: You coordinate with Marketing, Design, and other teams and take on short-notice requests from the shop team. What success looks like: After onboarding, you complete shop updates and copy tasks independently, and requests come to you because you handle them quickly and reliably. In the long term, you can take full responsibility for shop areas such as SEO copy or campaign setups and drive improvements reflected in shop KPIs. Are you a match? What you bring: A feel for commercial brands: You understand our brand identity and target audience and can adapt texts and landing pages accordingly. Affinity for numbers and data: You want to know why pages convert and love fast iterations. You use AI tools naturally in your everyday (working) life and critically review their output before it goes live. You are enrolled at a university and are at least in your third bachelor’s semester or studying for a master’s degree (business administration, marketing, or a related field). You are available for at least 15 hours per week. Ideally, you can work fixed days or plan flexibly with at least two weeks’ notice. You have German at C2 level, speak very good English (C1), and communicate proactively in an intercultural team. Extra points if you have already worked with Shopify, have gained experience in e-commerce or online marketing as a working student or intern, or can regularly come to our Munich office. Honestly, this may not be for you if you want to decide spontaneously from week to week when you work, need a predictable everyday routine (campaign priorities and content can change at short notice), or prefer waiting for instructions instead of moving topics forward yourself. What’s in it for you: Visible results: Customers often see what you set up in Shopify from your very first campaign. AI in everyday work: You work with our AI agents every day and learn to guide and review their output. Prospects: You gradually take on more responsibility for campaigns and shop topics in a highly dynamic startup environment. Your next step: Sounds like you? Along with your CV, send us a short text you created with AI, such as a product description or advertising banner, and two sentences explaining what you changed and why. We look forward to hearing from you!
