As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of industrial power distribution projects from the tendering stage through delivery. You will work closely with subcontractors and customers, ensuring the quality and profitability of projects. Responsibilities: - Project scheduling and resource management - Tender calculations and cost monitoring - Leading customer and subcontractor cooperation - Maintaining project documentation - Ensuring occupational safety and environmental matters - Monitoring project profitability - Coordinating interaction between stakeholders We are looking for: - An engineering education background - Electrical engineering expertise or equivalent work experience - Good project management and scheduling skills - Advanced IT skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office - Fluent Finnish and basic English - A category B driving licence and the ability to use your own car It is an advantage if you have: - Experience in industrial main power distribution and substation work - Tender calculation skills in the electrical sector - Previous experience in supervisory work or team leadership - A valid Occupational Safety Card To succeed in the role, you are goal-oriented, sociable, responsible, confident, energetic and curious to learn.
