Company: Caverion Suomi Oy Location: Hämeenlinna, Lahti Start: September / October Employment type: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) Work type: Staffing assignment Job description As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the technical and financial delivery of electrical projects and lead your installation teams professionally. You will work closely with different stakeholders and ensure that projects progress as planned and to a high standard. The role combines technical expertise, financial management and people leadership. Responsibilities You will be responsible for the comprehensive management of electrical projects, including technical delivery, financial monitoring and team leadership. Your duties include: - Supervising installation teams and planning resources - Monitoring and reporting project finances - Managing the technical and operational delivery of electrical projects - Maintaining and developing customer relationships - Managing and coordinating material orders - Pricing additional work and preparing tenders - Negotiating and managing subcontracting agreements We are looking for - Experience in project manager duties - Readiness to travel regularly to project sites - Ability to get along with different kinds of people - Excellent Finnish skills We value - A degree as an electrical engineer or technician - Experience with industrial projects or commercial and business-premises construction - Good English skills To succeed in the role, you are - Able to handle stress - Organised - Responsible Our recruitment process Academic Work is handling this recruitment on behalf of its client, who requests that all questions about the role be directed to Academic Work.
