We are seeking a service-minded and proactive Customer Service Coordinator to join our team as a permanent employee. Hammaslääkäriasema Helmiäinen is an independent, staff-owned private dental clinic located in Tampere city center. We provide comprehensive general and specialty dental care from basic examinations to demanding dental problems. Your role will be in our reception's customer service, working alongside the customer service lead and the rest of the team. You will meet our clients face-to-face and assist them by phone and email. Your days will be varied, and together with the team you will perform a range of office and back-office tasks. Daily duties include serving clients at the reception and by phone, scheduling and directing patients, organizing daily customer service tasks with the team and supporting the team, and close collaboration with the customer service lead and clinic management. Coordination and back-office tasks include handling customer inquiries by email, developing the customer experience and working methods, invoicing and Kela settlements, planning and implementing new operating models, participating in arranging substitutes and work arrangements due to sick leave, and other reception/back-office tasks. You will use your own judgment to resolve situations and help shape how our customer service develops in the future with the customer service lead. Who are we looking for? A cheerful and warm Helmi who takes initiative and drives things forward even in busy or challenging situations. You are emotionally intelligent and a skilled communicator. Customer service is genuinely important to you and you can meet diverse people kindly and calmly. You work systematically but can adapt quickly to changing situations. We hope you have: experience or knowledge of oral health care; excellent customer service and communication skills; good collaboration skills; willingness to take responsibility and see things through; interest in developing operating methods. You do not need to be a dental health professional by education, but you are expected to know the dental care environment and terminology. The role includes working during the clinic’s opening hours, so you should be prepared for morning and evening shifts as well as Saturday shifts. What do you get from us? A great team, a modern and pleasant working environment, the opportunity to develop your own role and skills, humor, shared events and a sense of community. Excellent employee benefits include: 400 EUR/year ePassi benefit; free basic dental care; leisure-time accident insurance domestically and abroad. We follow Hammastes - The Dental Employers’ Association and Tehy collective agreement. The pay for the Customer Service Coordinator is determined by the dental nurse’s pay scale, taking into account prior experience and recruitment allowance depending on field expertise. Interested?
