The profile requires 5+ years in a similar role, broad HR experience, excellent German and English, French a plus, experience in performance management in fast-growing organizations, stakeholder management across HQ and local teams, and a passion for AI and modern HR tech. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a similar HR role
- Broad HR experience including onboarding, Learning & Development, labour law, and compensation & benefits
- Excellent written and spoken communication in German and English (French a plus)
- Experience with performance management in fast-growing organizations (e.g., 300+ hires per year)
- Ability to engage stakeholders across HQ and local teams
- Proactive, strategic thinker and strong relationship builder
- Interest in AI, automation and modern HR technologies
