Mountain Guide / Ski Instructor

StaffPoint is seeking a mountain guide / ski instructor for the upcoming spring season of 2027 at Pallas Ski Resort. The employment is fixed-term with full-time hours (112.5 hours in three weeks). Work starts in week 7 and continues until May. The ski resort industry collective agreement applies to this employment. The employment contract is made between the employee and StaffPoint. The Lapland Hotels chain is a smoke-free workplace. Key duties Teaching skiing to Lapland Hotels Pallas Ski Resort customers in alpine skiing, snowboarding, telemark and cross-country skiing. Taking comprehensive care of customer groups. Leading day trips and off-piste skiing excursions. Knowledge and skills needed for the role Ski instructor qualification (Shory or SHKY). Successfully completed snow safety course. Good Finnish and English skills; other language skills are considered an advantage. Previous experience working as a ski instructor. Good social skills.
