Help build the foundation of nursing care at the new Attendo Mattilanpuisto. 💙 Attendo Mattilanpuisto will soon open in Mattilanpelto, Jyväskylä. This is a new 60-place, around-the-clock residential care home for older people, and we are looking for a registered nurse to help build the story of this new home from the very beginning. Together with your colleagues, you will create everyday life where residents can live in a way that suits them and where every employee’s contribution matters. As a registered nurse, you are an important part of everyday life at the home, the quality of care and residents’ wellbeing. You will act as an expert in your profession, take part in care planning and assessment, and provide professional support to practical nurses. You will also help build the new home’s working culture with the rest of the team. What will you do? Help launch Attendo Mattilanpuisto and build its working culture Plan, assess and develop nursing care together with the team Provide practical nurses with professional support and expertise in everyday situations Promote residents’ health, functional ability and wellbeing individually Work closely with residents’ loved ones and various partners Develop operations and leave your mark on the story of the new home The role is full-time and permanent. Work takes place on weekday mornings and starts on 4 January 2027. What do we hope for from you? Registered nurse qualification Vaccination protection as defined in section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act to protect clients and patients throughout employment Valid medication permits or readiness to complete them within one month of starting employment A hygiene passport or readiness to obtain one within three months of starting employment Fluent Finnish A criminal record extract for employment lasting more than three months when working with minors, older people and people with disabilities Social and healthcare professional certificate card We value a genuine interest in older people’s care and a desire to help launch the new Attendo Mattilanpuisto. The salary grade for the role is G24D and the salary range is €2,811.09–€3,071.09 per month.
