Shift Supervisor

We are now looking for two enthusiastic and proactive SHIFT SUPERVISORS FOR HOTEL CLEANING tasks in a permanent part-time employment relationship. As a shift supervisor, you are responsible for ensuring the smoothness of shifts and serve as an important support for your team. Your work varies between shift supervisor and housekeeping tasks, so every day brings new challenges and opportunities. Your key areas of responsibility are: - Organizing daily work and guiding employees. - Clear and smooth communication between customers, supervisors, and staff. - Solving situations together with customers and staff. - Participating in order processing, quality control, and reporting alongside the supervisor. - Onboarding new employees and ensuring the implementation of cleaning quality levels. - Cleaning hotel rooms as part of the housekeeping team. The hotel environment is open 24/7, so the work requires the ability to be flexible and act under pressure in rapidly changing situations. Due to the physical nature of hotel work, good basic fitness supports your endurance and success in your work. What do we expect from you? - Ability to make decisions independently. - Fluent customer service and interaction skills. - Flexibility for varying working hours. - At least 18 years of age. - Previous work experience in hotel cleaning and/or supervisory roles is considered an advantage. In addition, we value: - A positive attitude. - Good cooperation and team skills. - A desire to develop operations together with the team. Finnish and English are the working languages in the hotel. We expect fluent Finnish language skills and good English language skills to ensure smooth communication in a busy hotel environment. Working hours vary from Monday to Sunday between 07-15, 22-37.5 hours per week. Remuneration follows the collective agreement for property service employees in salary group 3 + rv-bonus.
