In this position you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and accurate handling of customer leases. You’ll be responsible for key operational activities throughout the lease lifecycle, working closely with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure everything runs efficiently. Create orders, follow up on deliveries, and manage signatures. Handle purchases, set up leasing schedules, and manage invoices. Update customer information and adjust leasing agreements. Process returns, prepare collections, and handle sales agreements. Create and manage supplier records in the system, and coordinate payment updates. Prepare, store, and manage documents using our document management system. Address customer queries, resolve process issues, and standardize tasks.
