Senior payroll administration specialist position in the Western region. The role focuses on consulting approach to clients, handling payroll comprehensively, maintaining regular contact with clients, and supporting team members with payroll questions. The senior role includes supporting clients and the team with payroll inquiries and overseeing client onboarding in service operations. You will work with interesting clients and have influence over your daily workflow in a modern, flexible organisation. You will plan and execute your work independently, with the support of your team and the broader expert organisation. What we expect from you: suitable education and broad understanding of payroll, several years of experience with end-to-end payroll tasks, experience with OVTES payrolls or Mepco payroll software is a plus, understanding payroll processes and a strong sense of professional expertise, openness to specialisations such as industry or client consulting and development goals. Positive attitude towards customer service and good communication skills; consultative work approach. We offer ongoing training opportunities; PHT degree is a plus and we will support you in obtaining it if not present. Apply as soon as possible, but no later than 19 August 2026.
