Valoo is expanding its Pirkanmaa team and seeks an experienced sales professional who can build trust, identify customer needs, and drive the sales process to close. You will work with the decision-makers of housing associations, building long-term customer relationships, and be responsible for acquiring new HOA customers and developing existing ones in your territory. Your duties include contacting decision-makers and key stakeholders, identifying new sales opportunities, preparing and conducting customer meetings, mapping customer needs and offering solutions, participating in housing association meetings, actively advancing negotiations and sales processes, and collaborating with boards, property managers, and other stakeholders. The role combines new sales, negotiation skills, and long-term relationship building in housing association sales, where decisions often require time and multiple stakeholders. Work is performed flexibly from home, at client sites, and, if needed, from the office. Occasional evening work is required due to housing association meetings and flexibility in working hours. We value the ability to keep processes under control and push them forward. This is a permanent, full-time position contracted with Bondata.
