As a health center assistant you are a key member of the healthcare team, supporting daily operations in student health services and youth clinic. Your duties include assisting with procedures, preparing and winding down procedures, guiding and advising clients in the office and by phone, scheduling appointments for examinations and for doctors and nurses, cancelling bookings, and coordinating with various stakeholders. You will prepare exam rooms, handle supplies, mail, and other clerical tasks. You will plan and develop your own work and seek professional development through training. Qualifications include a titled licensed practical nurse or equivalent qualification registered with the Trainee and Supervisory Authority; experience in need assessment and appointment scheduling is an asset; good teamwork and communication skills; familiarity with Omni patient record system, interpreting apps, and the Kori ordering system; English is an asset for multilingual client interactions. LOVe medication administration online tests LOVe LOP1 and KIPU1 completed prior to start is appreciated. The position is fixed-term from 14.9.2026 to 31.12.2029, with possible earlier start. Full-time, 38 hours 15 minutes per week. Vaccination against infectious diseases per act 1227/2016 §48 is required. A police record extract per Act 6 §2 moment is required before starting.
