We are seeking a Work-Participating Dispatch Supervisor for our metal industry client in eastern Tampere. We are looking for a practical and organized dispatch supervisor for a versatile role where you actively participate in daily operations. In the position you act as an important link between production, supervision, customer representatives and sales, ensuring that products leave to customers on schedule and with quality. This is a role that combines supervisory responsibility with hands-on work. Your daily tasks include coordinating dispatch activities, collaboration with supervision, customer representatives and sales, monitoring and controlling delivery times in production, assembly work and finalizing products, quality control and ensuring delivery reliability, packing products and preparing shipments, ordering transports and freight, and handling delivery-related documents. We expect at least two years of experience in similar tasks, good organizational and cooperation skills, proactive and responsible approach, ability to juggle multiple things at once, willingness to participate in practical production work, and fluent interpersonal communication. Beneficial is technical knowledge and experience with mechanical assembly.
