Are you our new IT Contract & Vendor Management Expert? As an IT Contract & Vendor Management Expert at Intrum in Athens, you will act as a subject matter expert for IT vendor and contract management activities, ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, and alignment with business and Group IT objectives. You will play a key role in vendor governance, performance monitoring, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration across internal and external stakeholders. Working closely with IT, Procurement, Legal, Information Security, and business teams, you will help ensure that third-party services support Intrum’s operational needs while complying with governance, security, and regulatory standards. What will you do: - Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT vendors, including onboarding, performance monitoring, renewals, and offboarding activities - Serve as the key point of coordination between Intrum IT teams and external technology vendors - Monitor vendor performance against agreed SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments - Coordinate regular service reviews and follow up on improvement actions where needed - Support contract lifecycle activities, including renewals, compliance tracking, and vendor governance processes - Identify and mitigate vendor-related operational, delivery, and security risks - Ensure alignment with Group IT governance, procurement policies, and regulatory requirements - Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Information Security, and other stakeholders on vendor-related matters - Contribute to vendor performance optimization and value realization initiatives - Support audits, reporting activities, and proper documentation of vendor services and performance What we are looking for: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Vendor Management, IT Operations, Procurement, or similar roles - Experience managing IT service providers, outsourcing arrangements, or technology vendors - Good understanding of SLAs, KPIs, contract management, and vendor governance practices - Experience working within structured IT environments and operational frameworks such as ITIL or similar - Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and priorities simultaneously - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills - Excellent command of written and spoken English It’s a plus if you bring: - Experience in financial services or other regulated environments - Familiarity with cloud, SaaS services, or third-party risk management practices What we offer: At Intrum we offer not only a challenging and rewarding career but also: - a supportive work environment - quite rich training & development activity - exciting career opportunities and a solid internal career path - hybrid work model allowing to combine work from home and office
