Communications Manager

Veikkaus is seeking an experienced professional in internal communications and employer branding for a permanent, full-time position. The role is central to building Veikkaus into a respected and successful international gaming group as the Finnish market opens to competition and the company expands internationally. The Communications Manager will lead the Internal Communications and Employer Brand team, managing three communication specialists. Key responsibilities include developing the employer brand for internal and external audiences, ensuring the company's strategy, culture, and values are reflected in internal communications, and supporting management and supervisors during periods of change to engage staff and build a shared direction. Additionally, the role involves managing multi-channel content production for the intranet, social media, and career pages, as well as collaborating with the people team. The manager will also develop methods to measure the impact of communications, ensuring that activities are based on data, goals, and business needs. The ideal candidate has several years of experience in similar roles, a bold and proactive approach, and proficiency in utilizing AI in their work. A higher education degree is required, and fluency in both Finnish and English is essential.
