We are looking for two sales and customer service representatives to strengthen our team for the upcoming winter season. The roles are temporary, part-time positions offering approximately 10–15 hours of work per week. Shifts mainly fall between 3 pm and 8 pm, Monday to Saturday, with occasional Sunday and public holiday shifts. Our company specializes in short-term rental and accommodation services in Rovaniemi, with a focus on providing guests a smooth and quality lodging experience from booking to checkout. As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will be a key part of our guests’ lodging experience, answering inquiries, resolving various situations, and assisting guests in getting the most from their Lapland trip. You will also upsell activities and tours. Daily work involves handling various digital systems and using Google Workspace, and collaborating with the team.
