Visual Merchandising and Space Management Planner

K-ryhmä is seeking a visual merchandising and space management designer for a permanent contract in the daily goods division. You will be responsible for selecting, organizing, and publishing assortment, campaign and seasonal placement guidelines for the everyday goods category, and you will design the visual look of planned concepts, ensuring brand appearance and campaigns are realized as intended. You will brainstorm display solutions with the product lines and develop concepts with the department concept team. In addition to planning, you will train and coach stores and develop processes with stakeholders. The role includes maintaining shelf space constraints in collaboration with the product line representative and procurement support, drafting and updating display manuals and permanent guidelines, and surfacing needs for changes in upcoming assortment placements. When time allows you will participate in in-store displays and plan visual appearance for internal events.
