People Business Partner

Senior People Partner to support leaders across Verkada’s global Marketing organization. You’ll partner directly with senior leaders to shape org strategy and build the structures, processes, and teams that enable scale. This is an on-site role in San Mateo, CA five days a week. What You'll Do: Serve as a trusted advisor to Marketing leaders on organizational effectiveness, organizational health, team performance, leadership coaching, and talent strategy; partner with leaders to strengthen leadership capabilities; use data to identify trends and influence decisions; develop people solutions; drive talent initiatives across performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and leadership development; help leaders navigate ambiguity while maintaining a high-performance culture; provide guidance on employee relations. What You Bring: 7+ years HRBP experience; ability to influence at all levels; broad ownership beyond COEs; analytical mindset; Bachelor's degree required; MBA/Masters a plus; must be willing to commute to San Mateo 5 days in office.
