You sell confidently and actively, seeing every customer interaction as an opportunity. You provide excellent customer service every shift and help customers make good decisions. Targets guide your work: everyone has a clear direction and wants to exceed expectations. You implement the JYSK concept and ensure the store is attractive and ready for campaigns. You keep the warehouse running smoothly, unload deliveries and hand products over to customers. The work requires good physical fitness, and you will have the best tools and team support. Variety is part of the job: the store, warehouse and campaigns. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU You want to sell and succeed in every shift. You are energetic and confident, and readily approach every customer in the store. You thrive when it is busy and fast-paced, and enjoy a brisk work tempo and unexpected tasks during a shift. Teamwork and exceeding your own targets energise you. You are motivated to work in sales and achieve results, and want to be the best salesperson in our store. You take initiative and get started independently. You are flexible about tasks, working hours and schedules. Shifts vary and include mornings, evenings and weekends.
