Marketing Intern

The WorkPower marketing team is looking for an energetic marketing trainee who wants to learn by doing, become part of a vibrant workplace, and gain valuable experience in a variety of marketing tasks. As a trainee you will participate in the everyday life of marketing in many forms, including designing visual materials, posting on social media, and assisting at events. You will also develop your own skills and bring forward fresh ideas. During the internship you will join activities such as creating and reporting on social media content and campaigns, producing and editing visuals (Canva, Photoshop – Illustrator/InDesign), routine updates to websites and internal materials (WordPress), assisting with events and related arrangements, and participating in team brainstorming and projects. The role suits a proactive team player who is eager to learn, with good IT skills and knowledge of social channels; Adobe skills, strong writing ability, or presentation confidence on video are a big plus. The internship requires excellent Finnish language skills as content will be produced in Finnish. We offer a friendly marketing team with room for ideas, a chance to learn and grow, and support from the whole WorkPower community. Practical details: the internship runs as part of studies for 5–8 months (depending on the school placement), is unpaid, but a cost allowance of up to €500 per month is paid. It is full-time (37.5 h/week) with a start flexible in autumn 2026. The internship takes place mainly at our Tampere office, with a possibility of 1–2 remote days per week.
