Facility Coordinator

We are looking for a customer-oriented Facility Coordinator to support our strategic client, an international technology company in Espoo. If you are proactive, outgoing, able to take responsibility and want to provide first-class workplace and property services, this role may be for you! The Facility Coordinator is responsible for the daily coordination of workplace services in the client’s operating environment. You will work closely with the client, service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth, high-quality workplace for users. Your responsibilities – Coordinate workplace changes, desk arrangements and relocations – Maintain the space-management system and keep space information up to date – Monitor the handling and progress of service requests and service delivery – Support the Facility Manager in daily operations – Create purchase orders and quotations, and provide administrative support in the client’s systems – Work with property, cleaning, security and user-service providers – Serve customers and support users with workplace-related matters – Support reporting and service development What we hope you bring – Experience in a workplace, property or facility management environment – Excellent collaboration and communication skills, and a customer-oriented approach – Ability to manage several simultaneous tasks and prioritise workload – An accurate, organised and proactive way of working – Fluent spoken and written Finnish and English – Good Microsoft 365 skills; Excel, Outlook, Teams and Power BI are considered an advantage – Experience with enterprise resource planning, service-request or space-management systems is considered an advantage What we offer Working at Sodexo is more than a job: it is an opportunity to be part of something greater.
