Swimming Instructor

FitPit is recruiting swimming instructors. FitPit is a sports and exercise company that provides swimming services to individuals, businesses, clubs and associations. We are looking for swimming instructors for our locations in Helsinki and Espoo. We offer a number of working hours to suit you, between 5 and 37.5 hours per week! The work starts in October–November 2026. The employment is fixed-term until February 2027. WHAT YOUR WORK WILL INCLUDE - Teaching school swimming at Espoo city swimming pools. - Teaching FitPit courses to customers of different ages and skill levels. - Private swimming lessons. - Providing high-quality customer service that exceeds all customer expectations. - Developing operations and other FitPit duties according to your professional skills and interests. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU - Swimming instructor training (SUH / Folkhälsan) or strong swimming skills. - Fluent Finnish; Swedish and English language skills are considered an advantage. - An outgoing and self-motivated approach. - The ability to work with people of different backgrounds and ages.
