What You’ll Do: Lead & Scale the Coordination Function - Manage, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators, driving performance, engagement, and career growth. - Own the end-to-end coordination strategy, ensuring efficient, high-quality interview scheduling and candidate experience. - Establish clear service standards, workflows, and operating rhythms for the team. - Develop scalable coverage models aligned with hiring volume and business priorities. - Serve as the primary escalation point for complex coordination or stakeholder challenges. - Identify operational risks and proactively implement process improvements. Support & Evolve Talent Acquisition Programs - Partner with TA leadership to support the design and execution of recruiting programs that enhance hiring effectiveness. - Help operationalize and manage initiatives such as interviewer training, early talent, or other evolving TA priorities. - Track program/systems health, surface insights, and recommend improvements. - Balance program execution while maintaining strong oversight of core team performance.
