Care Team Leader – join us to build meaningful daily living at Parkinmäki. Parkinmäki’s service home is a bilingual home for 138 elderly residents, offering around-the-clock communal housing and independent senior living. We value safety, togetherness, respectful interaction, and daily life shaped to the resident’s own style. We are now seeking a care team lead to strengthen our supervisory team. In this role you will lead your own team and, together with the head of care and other supervisors, ensure a high-quality and smooth everyday life. Your duties include: leading staff and supporting their wellbeing; recruitment, onboarding and developing competencies; planning shifts, vacations and substitutes; developmental discussions and monitoring staffing levels; developing the quality of care and operating practices; collaboration with residents; monitoring deviations and improving operations; coordinating intake and housing processes for new residents. What we expect: an approachable and inspiring supervisor who believes in teamwork and wants to develop the operation; ability to see the big picture, make decisions and support staff to succeed. Required: a higher education degree in social and/or health care; at least two years of experience in elderly services; leadership competency through studies or work experience; good command of Finnish and Swedish. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social and/or health care
