At the same time, I get to challenge myself and continually become a better recruitment consultant.” – Vilma Suomi, Senior Legal Recruiter & Lead of Minjon's Recruitment Team As a Legal Recruiter, you are responsible for successfully completing our clients' recruitment assignments. You define the recruitment need together with the client and take care of recruitment communications and project coordination. As the project progresses, you contact candidates, assess their capabilities and strengths, and help them gain insights into their own motivation. You present candidates whose expertise and motivation suit the open role to the client. In the final stages, you support the client through their meetings with candidates, aiming to help them make successful hiring decisions and ensure candidates stay informed about the process. You do not need previous recruitment experience; we will train you. What matters to us is that you have post-graduation work experience in the legal field. After induction and training, your work will include: - Leading recruitment projects - Helping clients define recruitment needs - Planning and delivering recruitment communications - Planning and carrying out direct search activities - Assessing candidates' competencies - Assessing and coaching candidates on motivation - Supporting clients in recruitment decision-making We value that you: - Are a lawyer by education (Master of Laws, OTM) - Have at least three years of post-graduation work experience in the legal field (we are also happy to speak with considerably more experienced lawyers) - Want to work independently with clients and candidates - Are interested in motivation, meaningful work and working-life phenomena - Are enthusiastic about recruiting lawyers as well as other specialists - Communicate and write skilfully - Speak and write Finnish and English fluently (Swedish is a plus; we also have Swedish-speaking clients and applicants) Minjon's team members share a commitment to the quality of their work and a desire to stand out in the market through exceptionally high-quality results.
