Zakres zadań: Projektowanie i implementacja rozwiązań AI/ML w projektach komercyjnych – od PoC do pełnych wdrożeń produkcyjnych. Budowa pipeline’ów ML obejmujących przygotowanie danych, trening, ewaluację, deployment, monitoring oraz retraining. Integracja modeli z backendem (REST API, procesy batch, architektury event‑driven) oraz z istniejącymi systemami klienta. Monitorowanie działania modeli w pródukcji, analiza driftu, jakości i wydajności, a także optymalizacja rozwiązań. Diagnozowanie i rozwiązywanie incydentów oraz problemów związanych z modelami i pipeline’ami. Automatyzacja procesów treningowych i wdrożeniowych, tworzenie i utrzymanie pipeline’ów CI/CD. Współpraca z zespołami backend, frontend, DevOps oraz z klientami po stronie biznesowej i technicznej. Tworzenie i aktualizacja dokumentacji technicznej oraz udział w pracach architektonicznych i estymacjach. Wspieranie zespołu jako senior poprzez code review, dobre praktyki inżynierskie oraz mentoring.

Responsibilities
- Design and implementation of AI/ML solutions in commercial projects from PoC to full production deployments.
- Build ML pipelines including data preparation, training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring and retraining.
- Model integration with backend (REST APIs, batch processes, event-driven architectures) and client systems.
- Monitor production models, analyze drift, quality and performance, and optimize solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve incidents related to models and pipelines.
- Automate training and deployment processes; maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with backend, frontend, DevOps teams and clients.
- Create and update technical documentation; participate in architectural work and estimations.
- Support the team as senior through code reviews and mentoring.
Requirements
- Minimum 4–6 years experience in ML/AI, Data Engineering or Software Engineering with at least 1–2 production ML/AI deployments.
- Project experience in Agile or similar environments.
- Hands-on experience in MLOps, ML pipelines or AI integration with backend systems.
