Production Supervisor

In this role, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of production, organise work and develop production together with the employees. You will play a key role in achieving production targets and ensure that operations proceed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. We are looking for someone with a technical background and genuine motivation to develop their skills and continuously learn new things. Success in the role requires good interpersonal skills, initiative, and the ability to lead and support production staff in everyday situations. Fluent English is essential in an international working environment, while Swedish is considered an advantage.
