HVAC and Building Services Specialist / Supervisor

We are looking for an HVAC and building services specialist / supervisor responsible for the high-quality delivery of our client assignments, to strengthen our construction management services in Eastern Finland. Your office will be at our Kuopio office. Your work history, education and interests will determine which project and role you start in. Depending on your experience, you can work on our varied building, infrastructure or industrial construction projects, either in a highly independent role or as part of a larger project team as an HVAC and building services specialist / supervisor. Depending on your expertise, your duties may also include various expert assignments in representing the client’s interests, design coordination and project development. You can also progress in the role to lead HTJ’s building services group in Eastern and Northern Finland. A suitable educational background, for example a Bachelor of Engineering from a university of applied sciences, and work experience in similar tasks in construction consultancy or on the client side provide a good foundation for success. Your work history may also include contracting or design work. We value qualifications gained in the field and actively offer further training ourselves. You can be an experienced professional or at an earlier stage in your career, provided you have the right attitude and a strong interest and willingness to learn in order to work in an expert role. You are a trusted colleague and work naturally with different parties, both within the company and with other parties involved in projects. You use various information systems and applications to produce the necessary documentation for projects smoothly.
