Production Worker

Rubber industry production worker for rubber components. We are seeking a production worker for the rubber industry tasks. You will be employed in production manufacturing rubber components for assembly. The job includes operating production machines, quality assurance, and other production tasks. Occasional forklift operation may be part of the role. The work is mainly day shifts. We expect good physical condition, a proactive and independent work attitude, carefulness and responsibility, and good Finnish language skills as work instructions and safety documents are in Finnish. Experience in production work and experience with mechanical assembly, or working with cars is advantageous. The job starts with a thorough orientation of a few months, after which the work continues as a fixed-term job and may become full-time after about a year at Kiikapaja factory in Sastamala. On onboarding, pay is about 11-12 €/h; after onboarding about 16-18 €/h, with shift allowances and possible production bonuses.
