About the role

We are a well-known sushibar located in Kerava, Finland. Due to our business expansion, we are introducing a wider variety of authentic Chinese and Asian dishes to better meet our customers' needs. We are therefore looking for an experienced Chinese cuisine chef to join our kitchen team. Prepare authentic Chinese dishes and a selection of Asian cuisine to a consistently high standard. Independently prepare stir-fries, soups, stews, steamed dishes, and other traditional Chinese specialties. Plan and develop new menu items in line with authentic Chinese and Asian culinary traditions. Select, prepare, and appropriately use traditional Asian ingredients, spices, and sauces. Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency. Maintain high standards of food hygiene and comply with Finnish food safety regulations. Monitor ingredient quality, manage inventory, and minimize food waste. Work efficiently in a kitchen environment and collaborate closely with other kitchen staff.
