Sales Representative

Pluspinta is a Finnish growing company offering bathroom maintenance services to homeowners. We help clients extend the life of their bathrooms and keep them clean without costly renovations. In this role you will sell Pluspinta's bathroom maintenance services to homeowners in single-family and townhouse sectors, offering solutions that make bathrooms durable and easy to maintain. Your task is to meet customers at their homes, map their needs, and offer affordable alternatives to full renovations. You will mostly work in your own area, but at least one week per month you will travel to other parts of Finland for sales purposes. If you wish, you can travel more and the sales potential and earning opportunities are excellent. During trips accommodations are arranged by the employer so you can focus on sales and results. You will receive appointments from our customer acquisition team or directly from demand, and some visits you can also obtain yourself, either by phone or directly at the customer’s door. You will receive comprehensive onboarding, sales materials, and ongoing support from our team to succeed in the job.
