Research Interviewer – project work in Lahti. We are looking for a research interviewer for project work in Lahti! Vitec Roidu is a SaaS company founded in 2008 and based in Tampere, specialising in measuring customer and employee experience. Its MyRoidu service enables organisations to collect feedback from their customers and employees and presents the results clearly to support decision-making. Vitec Roidu carries out measurements together with the client, from planning through to using the results, so that the client can develop its operations based on data. Are you interested in meeting people and providing customer service? Are you looking for flexible project work around the turn of November and December? We are looking for an energetic and self-directed research interviewer for our client Vitec Roidu Oy in the Lahti area. Your task will be to collect customer satisfaction survey responses from passengers on public transport buses. In this job, you will get to move around, meet different people and directly influence the development of local public transport! Job description and details Task: Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and collecting responses on buses. Timing: From late November to early December (estimated duration about three weeks). Working hours: Weekdays between 06:00 and 18:00. Location: Lahti (local bus routes). Pay and benefits Pay per survey: €1 for each completed survey. Target: Your goal is to collect 1,500 surveys, which is readily achievable during the project (if the target is met, earnings will be €1,500). Training: We will provide comprehensive training before you start. Training time is paid at €10 per hour. Further opportunities We conduct similar survey research several times a year. If you perform well in this role, you have an excellent opportunity to take part in our future research rounds as well! Working style: You are flexible and able to work independently and self-direct while moving around on buses. Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales or promotional work is considered an advantage, but a good attitude is most important!
